Shipping Policy

We ship throughout Kuwait and to select countries in the Gulf region. For domestic orders within Kuwait, we charge a flat rate of 3.50 KWD per order. International shipping is available to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Iraq, Oman, and Yemen at a flat rate of 15.00 KWD per order. All shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, and delivery times vary depending on your location. Domestic orders within Kuwait generally arrive within 3-5 business days, while international orders may take 7-14 business days depending on customs clearance and local delivery services. Please note that international customers may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country, which are not included in our shipping charges. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
